Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and air999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the air999 website located at https://air999.cam and all associated content, services and functionality made available through it.

air999 is an English-language online gaming information platform providing educational content, guides and platform information relating to sports betting, live casino and responsible gambling. • Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other services;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify the air999 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Not allow any other person to use your account on your behalf.

air999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been conducted by you.

Terms of Use

Access to and use of the air999 platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms. The platform is provided for personal, informational and entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not:

• Use the platform in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing or otherwise objectionable;

air999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that the platform believes — in its sole discretion — violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users, third parties or the platform.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on air999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The platform supports various deposit methods which are displayed in the live cashier section of your account. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration and applicable law.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited belong to you personally and are not proceeds of crime or any illegal activity;
• You are not using a payment method that belongs to a third party without their explicit authorisation;
• You understand that deposits are processed subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier;
• The platform reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds before processing deposits or withdrawals above specified thresholds.

Withdrawals

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before associated winnings may be withdrawn. As an illustrative example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× rollover requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets. Actual rollover figures vary by promotion and are published in each offer's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit per round or spin applies — commonly in the range of PKR 200 to PKR 500. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.

• Charging back a payment or instructing your bank or payment provider to reverse a transaction that has been legitimately processed by air999;
• Any act that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider-betting or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets offered on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the air999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual material, data compilations, software and page layouts — is the exclusive property of air999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to access and view platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services offered by air999. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works based on any platform content without the prior written consent of air999;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the platform;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air999 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

air999 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors or technical faults;
• Any information published on the platform is accurate, current or complete;
• The platform or any linked services are free from viruses or other harmful components;
• The use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction — that determination is entirely your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, air999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — even if air999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where disputes cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other in writing of the dispute, either party may refer the matter to the competent regulatory authority or to arbitration as provided by the applicable licence regime.
